The EOK Way was created in 2002 in Waterloo, Ontario by Dr. Philip Ma, along with a number of professors and concerned parents, who wanted a better way for students to succeed in math. In the 21st century, students learn differently and absorb a lot more information in a much shorter time period. Knowing this, Dr. Ma created the EOK method to help unleash a child's potential faster and more effectively than any other method known before. The EOK Way was created to unleash the potential in every student. With six global centers and thousands of students worldwide - we're achieving this goal every day.

All students are individually assessed to find a starting point that they can easily master. From here our Personalized Multi-Track Learning (PMTL) program comes into play. Through personalized learning, each student learns at their own pace and works on areas that they specifically need to improve on or need challenge in.

EOK's unique teaching system allows very gradual progression between topics and provides instant feedback. Through continuous reinforcement of concepts and testing - EOK students gain true mastery of each subject area and spend more time doing questions correctly the first time than any other after-school learning programs in existence.

Every session. Using advanced technology, EOK is able to determine how long it takes a student to finish each question and how many they are doing correctly - all in real time. EOK certified tutors then establish what needs improvement and where challenge is required.
